Overview
Digital Surveyor allows users to import any existing DXF file to their dataset as a Survey. This is to allow it to be visualized with the point cloud in the Viewer. The lines can be fully interacted with alongside any automated survey that has been run.
Walkthrough
The Import DXF button can be found next to the Request Automated Survey button in the Surveys panel of the Dataset View.
It will bring up a window requesting you to navigate to your DXF file.
After you select a DXF and press Import DXF you will be prompted to align the drawing CAD layers with Mach9 Feature Objects. This is not required, but will help with the appearance of the linework when viewed.
