Overview
Through the Task Manager, project managers have multiple ways to check and track project completion.
Map Color Coding
Task tiles are color coded in the Task Manager so any user can visually see the status of a project.
Non-highlighted tasks = no features have been approved
Orange tasks = Feature approvals are in progress
Green tasks = Fully approved
Task Dropdown Menu
The left Task Manager menu provides a drop down list for each task. The tasks can be sorted based off of task number, position or QA status.
Under each task drop down is a list of features found in that task and a total count for that feature. The count gives a running tally of how many have been approved to give a better understanding of progress towards completion.
