Accounts are set up and managed by the Mach9 support team. When a new user in your organization needs access, please email customersupport@mach9.ai and provide the users name and email address.
A userβs account can be set up with various levels of permissions such as:
- View only
- Edit & No Automated Survey Request privileges
- Full Editing and Automated Survey Request privileges
If a user no longer needs access, reach out to support to have their account deactivated.
