Perspective View versus Plan View
Digital Surveyor’s main view has two different ways you are allowed to view data. The perspective view allows users to view and interact with their project in 3D. A User can Pan, Orbit and Zoom around as they draft and QC the data. Meanwhile plan view is a top down view with North always oriented up. This can be helpful to find crossing linework and drafting features such as building outlines and fences.
Pro Tip: The views can be toggled between using Hotkey Shift+Z
