Overview
The Offset Tool can then be found in the bottom tool bar or via hotkey O.
The Offset Tool allows users place a new line at a fixed spacing from a selected referenced line.
When the tool launches, the user will have the ability to select a cross section view to visually select a location to place the new line or alternatively specify a fixed horizontal and vertical offset distance.
The resulting line will be placed on what the current active layer is.
